The client required a robust Time Attendance System (TAS) integrated with advanced Access Control features, Surveillance systems, and a Visitor Management system, all functioning through a centralized application to streamline operations. Additionally, the system needed to seamlessly integrate with SAP for payroll and HR management. The project also emphasized security certifications, including GDPR compliance, Safe to Host, and VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing), ensuring the highest standards of data protection and system security

Requirements and Objectives

Sudair Pharma’s key requirements included:

• Integration of Time Attendance with Access Control and Surveillance: The system needed to integrate advanced access control features (e.g., interlocking and guard tour systems) with surveillance cameras and a video management system. This integration would ensure synchronized security and attendance management from a single interface.
• SAP Integration:The Time Attendance System required seamless integration with SAP HR for automated payroll processing, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual errors.

  • Automated Attendance Tracking: The Matrix Time Attendance System was deployed to monitor employee clock-ins and clock-outs, manage leaves, and handle shift scheduling
  • Integration with Access Control: The system was integrated with advanced access control features, ensuring that only authorized personnel could access sensitive areas based on their attendance and security clearance.
  • Custom Reports: Customizable reports were automatically generated to track employee productivity, absenteeism, and work hours. These reports were scheduled for delivery to HR and management teams.
• Advanced Access Control System:
  • Interlocking Systems: An interlocking system was implemented to prevent unauthorized entry, ensuring that two doors could not open simultaneously—critical for high-security areas like laboratories and warehouses
